Registered users of the SCF website	Email	Contact details (name and email address)	Send you SCF news via email. This includes keeping records up to date and seeking your consent when we need to contact you.

Basis for processing

We will process your data for the purposes set out above on the basis that you have granted your consent for us to do so.

Who we share your data with

We do not share your personal data with third parties.

How long will we retain your data for?

We will retain your data for as long as you remain a member of the site.

Your data

We store this information securely, in accordance with applicable data protection law. Personal information will only be shared with authorised third parties where appropriate. The information will not be shared for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to:

request a copy of the personal information about you that we hold.
ask us to delete inaccurate information.
in some cases, you may ask us to restrict how we use your personal information.
wiithdraw consent and to have your personal data/ account erased
